Plavinac Winery

The Plavinac winery's name originates from the numerous vineyards that in former times spread over this place. Since the grapes were sprinkled with blue stone, after the work was done the whole area turned blue, hence the name.

Cabernet Sauvignon

While the wines are young, notes of berries, blackberries, black currants, blueberries, sour cherries, cherries, and chocolate can be felt.

Merlot

Wines produced from Merlot are often soft, velvety, with dominant fruit aromas of plum, blackberry, and ripe cherries.

Rebo

A variety that gives the wine a ruby ​​red color, with a bright red garnet reflection and a fruity aroma.

Tamjanika

The wine is straw yellow in color with a slight greenish tint. It is dominated by floral and fruity aromas of Iris, calla, gooseberry, lemon, yellow apples and nectarines.

Traminac

Dark yellow color with spicy, floral and fruity aromas. Aromas of rose petals, peach, melon and meadow flowers are recognizable. The wine is fragrant, aromatic, soft and elegant.

Pinot Grigio

Dry, white wine with an intense fruity taste, vibrant acids, with citrus in a drinkable and refreshing finish.

Sauvignon Blanc

The scent of sauvignon is very dominant, clear and recognizable. With its higher acidity, it has the power to brighten up most dishes and elevate them to a higher level.

Chardonnay

The wines of the Chardonnay variety are strong, light straw yellow in color, harmonious and with a specific bouquet. Fragrant notes of apple and orange peel dominate.

ROSE Pinot Noir

Most rosé wines are produced from red grapes, although it is possible to obtain them by simply mixing red and white wine.
